Seven days. One good thing at a time.

Seven original prompts for noticing ordinary joy. Any notebook will do.

Day 1: A little relief

It can be as small as finding your keys or someone taking a task off your plate.

What made today a little easier?

Day 2: A kind moment

Write down what happened. If it feels right, let them know you appreciated it.

Who did something kind that you noticed?

Day 3: The everyday

Think of something familiar: a favorite seat, a shared meal, or a comforting routine.

What ordinary thing would you miss if it disappeared?

Day 4: A small win

Getting started counts. Asking for help counts. Doing what you could counts.

What small win deserves a little credit?

Day 5: Room for both

Let both answers belong on the page. You don’t have to turn a difficult moment into a lesson.

What felt hard, and what helped?

Day 6: Something to keep

Add a detail that brings it back: a sound, a color, a sentence, or how it felt.

What moment would you like to remember?

Day 7: A little more room

Choose something small enough to fit real life. A pause, a call, a walk, or time with someone you love.

What good thing will you make room for next week?
